Turmeric Pumpkin Spice Latte
This pumpkin spice latte is creamy, slightly sweet, vegan, caffeine free, low-sugar and perfectly pumpkin-y. Is there any autumn beverage better than a PSL?

- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 & ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice (I like the Simply Organic brand)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Dash black pepper
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan. Whisk to combine (I like to use a little hand held electric froth-er for this step, but it can be done with a hand whisk as well). Heat until warmed to drinking temperature (about 5 minutes).
Serve immediately with a dash of additional pumpkin spice for garnish (optional).
