Refreshing No-Juicer Beet Juice
Ingredients

medium cooked beet
(for this, I buy pre-cooked)
½
medium seedless cucumber
(peeled)
½
inch
piece of ginger
Juice from ½ of a lemon
(about ½ tbsp)
1
cup
water
1-2
ice cubes
Instructions
Cut your veggies into 1-2 inch chunks and add to high speed blender with water, lemon juice, ice cubes, and ginger.
Blend on high for at least 1 minute.
Pour and enjoy!
