No Juicer Green Apple Zinger Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 cup cucumber (one small cucumber or ⅓ of a large cucumber)
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger (can add up to 1 tsp for extra zinginess!)
  • Juice from ¼ of a lemon
  • 2 cups water
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes!

Notes

Note: If you prefer less frothy juice, allow the juice to rest for 5 minutes before pouring from the blender.
