No Juicer Green Apple Zinger Juice

Ingredients

cups
spinach
½
green apple

cup
cucumber
(one small cucumber or ⅓ of a large cucumber)
½
tsp
fresh ginger
(can add up to 1 tsp for extra zinginess!)
Juice
from ¼ of a lemon
2
cups
water
3-4
ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes!
Notes
Note: If you prefer less frothy juice, allow the juice to rest for 5 minutes before pouring from the blender.
