Ingredients

unsweetened almond milk

steamed then frozen cauliflower

cocoa powder

tbsp
hemp seeds

tbsp
almond butter

tsp
cinnamon

pinch
sea salt
½
tsp
vanilla bean ghee
(I use Fourth and Heart. Can omit for vegan option)
1-2
pinch
stevia
to taste. Or 1-2 tbsp maple syrup.
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender
Blend on high for 1 minute
Enjoy...and try not to finish it in one gulp!
