Balsamic Spiced Roasted Broccoli

September 15, 2021 by erica.l.adler

Roasted broccoli makes it onto my table at least once a week in the cooler months. It's also a huge favorite for my meal prep clients. This little rendition is spiced up (no pun intended...well, actually...yes! pun intended!) with the addition of some balsamic vinegar to bring a little hit of acid and some warming spices to make the dish feel perfect for autumn. I'm such a huge fan of this preparation that this recipe made it into a big fall meal prep I did recently!

If you're Interested in seeing me cook that meal prep, you can take a peek at this video. And you can get the lowdown on the entire meal prep including the game plan, the rest of the recipe links, and some suggested remixes by heading this way...

Early this summer, I received life-saving medical Early this summer, I received life-saving medical care: an abortion for a nonviable pregnancy, without which, I may not have survived.

Months later, typing that sentence is still surreal. It is beyond surreal—it is terrifying—that access to the care that kept me here with my living child hangs in the balance of this election.

I’m still mourning my miscarriage. And I long to be pregnant again. But I am petrified of what a pregnancy under another Trump administration could mean. I want my daughter to have a sibling, but more than that, I want to be alive to raise her.

Vote, please. Abortion is healthcare. Abortion is a human right.
